Delete your Choice account

You can delete your Choice account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Profile, scroll to the end and tap Delete account, then confirm. The account and its data are deleted at once.

Without the app

Write to support@getchoice.app from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Profile, name, photo and email address.
• Lessons, feedback, voice recordings and progress.
• Dictionary and learning settings.

What is kept

• Payment records we must keep by law, in our payment provider.
• A note that the address unsubscribed from emails, so we never write to it again.

A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play is not stopped by deleting the account: cancel it in the store settings. A subscription bought on the website is cancelled with the account; the paid period is not refunded.
